A Proper Summer Diet

Looking for a diet to impress single women is Summer?

Vegetable and fruit diets are among the best for the detoxing process and weight loss. In addition, many fruits contain special substances that can burn fat: or, in other words, make adipose tissue disappear. These include all the exotic fruits – citruses, kiwi and, of course, pineapples.

Bitter sweet fruits are banned during the summer diet, these include bananas, grapes, peaches. In addition, do not forget to consume 2 liters of water per day: the liquid will help you to feel full without consuming a lot of food. Dried fruits will come in handy, however, not all of them are suitable for this diet, dried prunes and dried apricots will do.

Radishes, cabbage, leaf lettuce, greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes can be eaten without any restrictions. Ginger speeds up metabolic processes – it can be added to fresh juices, as well as to salads.

In fact, the summer diet involves not only eating fruits and vegetables: it is a balanced cleansing diet designed for a week. Therefore, dairy products are also present here. Sugar and salt should be discarded – season the salads with lemon juice, and sweeten the tea with a teaspoon of natural honey.

Thus, the diet consists of veggies, fruits, berries, dairy products, and juices, it is divided into 7 days. No other products are allowed!

Here’s our 7-day summer diet:

1st day (vegetables): any vegetables (except potatoes) can be consumed in any quantity. But only raw! Drink more water, because even in the juiciest vegetables there is not enough fluid to sustain your body.

2nd day (fruits): your favorite fruits (except bananas) should be divided into 4-5 takes, so that the main part comes at lunch. If the feeling of hunger turns out to be too strong, you can allow yourself one glass of skimmed yogurt. And do not forget about the water.

3rd day (berries): during the summer it is easy to find strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, currants, and gooseberries. Berries should be consumed with lots of water. All of the berries that you can find on the market can be mixed in one bowl. If, apart from strawberries, there is nothing to be found on the shelves, add a few raw vegetables to your plate.

4th day (fermented milk): choose a one skimmed dairy product. Eat this sort of product during the day in small portions. A package of low-fat cottage cheese with a small amount of sugar or honey will do. It is desirable to consume it during lunchtime.

5th day (vegetables): try to choose the veggies that you have not eaten during the previous days. On the 5th day, you can eat oven-baked potatoes, flavored with sunflower or olive oil. You can even lightly salt them.

6th day (berries): although it is a berry day, on this day you can also eat apricots and dried fruits. At night, you can take some yoghurt if you want. You can also drink some unsweetened tea with lemon.

7th day (juices): this is one of the most difficult days – except fruit juice (orange, grapefruit or apple), nothing can be eaten. The body, however, should have adapted to your diet at this point.

As you can see, this menu for losing weight during the summer is quite basic. The most important thing to remember is that you should not just switch to your normal diet straight away. On the next day, you should allow yourself to consume some dairy products. Meat and fish dishes can be eaten only on the 5th day after the completion of the diet. And as with any diet, you should remember the rule of Sophia Loren: “Eat breakfast by yourself, share your lunch with a friend, and give dinner to your enemy”!
